Every time I have placed an order during a general sale through select I have had that same thing happen. Purchased item/s > Auto-cancelled > Reason: fraud. I have made several inquires/tickets and not once received a reply or response of any sort from Select and ended up giving up on future general sales. I recently tried to place some redemptions for 2024 footy stars, etc and four hours later same thing happened = My redemption orders were cancelled but with Reason: customer. If anyone has a more direct line for reaching Select customer service it would be greatly appreciated!
Wow, I wonder what has gone on? Mine was accepted (for Brilliance) and payment was taken but for some reason the order was cancelled later that (Sunday) night and the payment refunded.
I raised 5 tickets and all have been ignored (although they acknowledged they saw a ticket, through a separate communication). I've tried contacting them through their Facebook page and support e-mail too. They've completely ignored every one.

I’m hoping to hit Judd, Ablett, Lockett.. but will settle for Williams, Cousins and Hird I have to wait till my holidays are over to bust mine (about a week and a half away).
