Did you still pay though or did you not check amount and just paid it. If you didn’t pay and just had it in your cart surely you wouldn’t have it cancelled

I agree if I broke a rule fine they have every right too cancel my membership no problem with that but lets have some better customer service its been 24 hrs since it happened you would think before sending me a refund call me or even email me and lets discuss it
