They are usually very responsive via email, I have also had a reply to a Facebook message within a day.

Pretty sure the only way to add 10 is to add to cart, and then update the cart using the + button.

I've never been overcharged through Select

I agree if I broke a rule fine they have every right too cancel my membership no problem with that but lets have some better customer service its been 24 hrs since it happened you would think before sending me a refund call me or even email me and lets discuss it
