Do you reckon in future releases they cand do AFLW Signature like 2011 champions in conjunction with predictors? Just an idea...
I’d definitely like to see that, imagine all the young girls who are taking an interest in footy thanks to the AFLW finding out they could get a card signed by their favourite player. You just said a separate release would be a bust though? So surely the best way to incorporate AFLW - which is growing in popularity by the day - is to include it in the existing sets?Make it a seperate release then!
Will be like if the afl actually start charging to go see an AFLW game
My point exactlyYou just said a separate release would be a bust though? So surely the best way to incorporate AFLW - which is growing in popularity by the day - is to include it in the existing sets?
For comparison, if you follow cricket, look at the WBBL - derided by many in its initial editions, now a very strong competition containing genuine household names. I have little doubt the AFLW will follow a similar path.
That’s an extremely broad generalisation that no “people actually want” AFLW cards, and based on my experiences reading across various areas, a quite incorrect one - even if it might stand true in your individual case.My point exactly
If there isn’t enough interest in a seperate release then why would anyone want them taking a place over a men’s card that people actually want?
I’m all for AFLW cards just not mixed in with the men’s. I don’t think we’re going to agree on this, but I’ll finish off by saying that anything that could grow the hobby and footy in general gets a big tick from me
I’m not bothered either way... if you don’t want the women’s cards then don’t collect them... there’s nothing to lose by having them in there, but everything to gainI’m all for AFLW cards just not mixed in with the men’s. Make it a seperate release

Pretty sure if you’re interested in the release then you’ll be buying regardless of whether there’s women’s card in there or not..Except them taking the spot of cards that most people actually want
Pretty sure if you’re interested in the release then you’ll be buying regardless of whether there’s women’s card in there or not..
There’s always inserts that each individual may not like... however that doesn’t stop them from buying the release..
Agree to disagree mate, but regardless I can’t wait to see the next preview
only the same morons who are addicted and will go in any break or buy any product for there fix.Pretty sure if you’re interested in the release then you’ll be buying regardless of whether there’s women’s card in there or not..

That’s the risk of the hobby and pretty sure I’d rather that than a box with nothing or a medal card.. also pretty sure we were talking about series 1 but ok mateimagine buying a box of series 2 and hitting a suns premiership Predictor and an alisha Eva sig

imagine getting a box of dominance and your 2 box hits were a suns predictor and some woman footballer nobody had ever heard of. You definitely ain’t ever getting another one
Series 1 will never have sigs thoThat’s the risk of the hobby and pretty sure I’d rather that than a box with nothing or a medal card.. also pretty sure we were talking about series 1 but ok mate

So if they bought them back (which I highly doubt) would you rather a men’s or woman’s sig?2011 series one did mate?
How’s that working out with the cricket cards? And for every maybe 10 male collectors who stop collecting cause of the fact there is female cards there will be 100 of girls who collect cause of the fact there is female cards.
Jump outside your own bubble and take a slight inconvenience so the game can grow and everyone can find enjoyment from cards!
And you know fenale cards at this early stage cant stand alone. When they can i guarantee you they will split and become their own release
