The battle for the wooden spoon in my opinion will be decided tonight with the loser of Cowboys vs Eels adding the utensil to their trophy cabinet. Whilst I love Thurston and it is his last game at home, I hope the Eels smash the hearts of 26500 Queenslanders into a thousand pieces.
I think this will be a good game. Plenty at stake, emotion and both sides playing pretty good footy in the last month, somewhere close to what I expected from both at the start of the year!!
