i hope this is not the case!!!
can anyone confirm if this facebook post from TNP is a hoax or not?
Mid January 2020 for the physical Cards? basically gives the product a shelf life of 6 weeks max before money and interest starts flowing into the footy codes.
These cards should have been out in mid October!

I defend tap n play for quite a few things but no way should the cards be released in mid January - they should be out now when the test team is playing and the wbbl is playing, by the time these are out the big bash will be nearly over, Aussie team is basically done and the wbbl is done
I made a preorder based on the early December they said in their original email

I have not said anything bad about them on any forum. I am just thankful we actually have cricket cards. If they don’t do them we more than likely won’t have any. So I am always mindful to that point.
I said almost exactly the same as you as my reply to them.
The cards should be out now. January the season is all over bar the shouting. They will tank as a release and I worry this will send them under, resulting in no more cards

Unless all their costs are already committed I would suggest cancelling this years release and working towards doing next years properly
look what happened in the ashes season and the bbl was released late, they can’t give those cards away

What I can’t get my head around is the Black Friday sale 3 boxes 17/18 $99
It seems to me instead of paying top $$$ you wait for end of season as much as I love collecting cricket cards
I am sick of paying top price for everything only to see everything discounted

Cricket Aust 2019-20 Series Release Date - many of you have enquired about the date as there have been some delays due to both our CA contract renewal which is now done and locked away for the future. This delayed our design start and we have been playing catch up.
We are in production and pushing for some stock this side of Christmas, but there are several moving parts to making this happen so unfortunately I can not provide a definitive date to you until early next week.
We are making this set in Sydney (which helps) and I am working with suppliers to have the set released as soon as possible.
I will come back with updates very soon.
A photo of one of the base sheets is attached.

Same here ASAP would be great. Don’t care about inserts boxes etc just want the common set
