If the theory is correct the Sapphires and most of the jersey sigs seem to be in the 400 dealer allocated cases. That is a maximum of 520 inserts so that leaves plenty to ensure there should be one per box minimum

Without silvers this year, this is how I put mine in the folder, looks pretty good with different images I must add

Still doesnt explain how some boxes have 3 hits and some have 0

It's called collating & after 4 years ESP still haven't got it right or they just don't care.............

Yes it is the best release yet by ESP but the release suffers in a couple of important areas firstly the brand ESP, it is going to take a long time before the cards can retain their value. Also the policy of stacking the 400 cases going to dealers has resulted in ESP / TLA devaluing their own product as it gives the appearance that their is an abundance of the product.
