2015 Select Honours 2

Firstly Pridda has signed while i am also hearing a certain dual brownlow medalist who won a brownlow for two different clubs has signed as well. Also won the norm smith and flag in his only GF appearance.

You can also add Ballantyne and Darling to these top prospect type signatures as confirmed. I have seen what they look like and they are awesome. Cards are horizontal with a huge gold jagged trim running along the bottom of the card with the players names etched onto the gold trim towards the right, team colours presented running along top of card, Select honours 2 badge top left, action player photo to the left and a nice big spot to the right that almost looks like fabric (its not though, its printed) where the player signs.

They look incredibly classy and everything i am hearing and seeing about this product has me feeling optimistic about whats coming.

Select are capable of making some beautiful cards and i think this series is going to knock everyone's socks off, not only how they look but the selection of players signing.

Not yet Festa but if i had to bet going by the players being confirmed to date that it will be one or two of three players. Hogan, Viney or Howe.

The clear motive for this signature set seems to be young players from each club who haven't signed where possible. Essendon due to retaining the majority of their list for the last few years sadly don't have any "young guns" that haven't signed previously which is why it's likely we'll see a few double ups but the majority of teams this is not an issue.

Not yet but i have been told that checklists are not too far away. (next few weeks or so).

Ok, keep hearing all this talk that Draft Pick Signature will be replaced by a Top Prospect / Rising Star Sensation Signature. If true...here is what I think. Criteria I've tried to apply is drafted/recruited 2007 onwards, not part of 2014 draft and hasn't had a draft signature before (if my recollection is correct). Not a bad list...scary thing is hardest team to find someone was Carlton

While Teamcoach and the first Select series are always available in Tassie, for some reason the second Select series never is. Not that I've ever come across at least. Highly annoying as I quite like being able to grab a few loose packs when getting some fuel or the paper.

As such, as this series is looking to be a winner from what I'm seeing here, I'll probably end up having to source a box or two with a mate from work. I have previously got stuff like this from Cardzone, but was wondering if anyone knows of any alternatives, or if Mr Wang is the best option.

All this positive talk is great, and not to suck the positive vibe out of this discussion, but we have been optimistic about previous releases and been let down. I will wait to see the flyer before I go and get my hopes up this year. Hey Tazhawk, not sure what part of the state you live in but the newsagency in the Mortys foodcourt in Launceston always have series 2. It's about the only place I can find that sell them. I'm from Devonport but always try and get a few packs from here if the set if worth spending my money on but not wanting a full box.

You can buy honours from the newsagent at Mortys and the Kmart plaza as well as Birchalls in Launceston

If last year is anything to go by the flyer was released on June 16th. 3rd Monday of the month. Based on that we should hopefully get an official announcement next Monday.

Yep, thought that might have been typo about the only GF - didnt go as far back as Diesel.

Would be a highly sought after Sig one would think.

havent posted in around 12 months.... just sticking my head in to see what series 2 looks to offer... wasnt going to after seeing the series 1... crap...
But happily suprised at the SOUNDS of it so far. will hold back until i see a check list etc
Might even buy my first box in god knows how long!!

Pretty sure Diesel played in the 93 GF, although he probably likes to forget that
