Depending on how they insert the Signature cards into boxes in case lots is eihter 6 good boxes with a high end hit & 4 no value for money boxes or worst ... If 2 signatures in 1 box that 3 high end hits & 7 no value for money boxes

No value for money boxes will have only
Fast & Furious standard = 1 per box
Australian Reps = 2 per box
Triple Threats = 4 per box
Parrallel cards = 24 per box
184 common cards

Also worked out if you are lucky & you get all the signatures in different cases with no doubles you will need to buy minimum of 7 cases to complete a master set. As per every release from ESP so far it would be much cheaper to buy the cards you want on Ozcard or Ebay.

Still in saying all that I think this is the best release ESP have done to date & hope they improve from here & start producing value for money releases in the future for all us collectors...

It all depends on the collation.....If the collation is right you could expect a case to be this...with all of 1:72

Box 1 F&F Gold (1:72)
Box 2 Future Stars (1:72)
Box 3 League Sensation (1:72)
Box 4 F&F Gold (1:72)
Box 5 Future Stars (1:72)
Box 6 League Sensation (1:72)
Box 7 F&F Gold (1:72)
Box 8 Future Stars (1:72)
Box 9 League Sensation (1:72)
Box 10 F&F Gold (1:72)

Which means would you would potentially get 6 signatures and 4 F&F Golds.

Again I will say this based on the collation being spot on.

I thought it was a 144 card base set so 185 base cards in a box seems to make up a set quite easily.

Where have you seen that a common set will only have 144 cards, if that is true then I stand corrected.

Do we really expect the top end sigs, numbered to only 130 or whatever, to be valued at $100 each?

As mentioned, people pay $500+ for a sig numbered /100.

is it possible that the commons will be 12 per team as normal and only 6 parallels per team like Select did with the Classic set in 2009?

And with a 2:3 chance of a sig in the box, you have a 2:3 chance of coming out in front with just one card.

If Select had a Paul Gallen sig in a release and it was numbered to 130, how much would people pay? Same with Slater etc.

Gallen and Slater yeah, still wouldn't pay $500. What about someone like Shaun Johnson? He is one of my favorite players and my wife loves the guy, I'd never even dream of paying anywhere near that for a signature of his.

I think people are seriously under-valuing these sig cards.

Weve seen the Young Guns continually fetch prices over $150 each and they are majority of no name players, and cards are un-numbered. Sure they are much harder to find, but i cant understand how people can value an Elite Sensations Sig of a very established player, with a similar production run, and numbered properly, lower than a Young Gun card.

We pay $30 on average for a rookie sig numbered to 300, $100 for a rookie sig numbered to 100-ish is understandable.

I think that trading will play a big part in this series. Everyone will be hitting the one per box sig/Fast and Furious Gold, but only a 1 in 16 change of getting their team.

In a perfect world you would be correct.... ESP have been far from doing anything right to date so why think it now. As always depends on who you talk to from ESP or ICON it's a different story..

Will be interesting to see what thickness the cards are, i cant stand the thin ones, something solid like the 2011 Strike cards would be great.

I'd anyone doing a case share? I probably am only going to collect the Raiders inserts and get IP sigs of them but I might buy a box to try my luck

Not worth as much as a signature card but if you are going to count a Gold League Leader #/150 as a "Hit" then you have to count a Gold Fast and Furious #/130 as a "Hit" too....not a dud box.

I figured it was a 144 set because the release information stated there were a total of 422 cards in the release. Once you subtract the inserts it takes it down to 288 cards left. 144 base and 144 parallel??? 9 cards per team with no checklists? Or Choptza's guess could be possible too with 12 base and 6 parallel?? It's guesswork at this stage but that's how i got to 144.

It will depend if they put them in boxes without signature cards.. If they go in with the signature cards them less hit boxes...All up to ESP how they have instructed the printers to pack them.... We will have to wait & see, That was the reason for the original post, just to say don't go crazy on boxes at the start but sit back & wait & see.
I personally believe they will be hot for the 1st 4-6 weeks & then die-off in price like the last 3 releases from ESP. ( I could be wrong )
