2011 Select NRL One Community Cards

Has anybody heard of them. There is a Matty Bowen card. does it look legit. Should I get it or wait and see if they are common and then get for like a $1?

were a gift from a sports liaison officer.

Visiting schools my son got me the hindmarsh
Card I like the look of the cards better than last
Years commons I would buy it

I just got off the phone with Select about another matter and also asked about these one game one community cards, they have nothing to do with Select at all, they were produced by the NRL to go in community packs etc to promote the indiginious game.

Kind of odd that they have nothing to do with Select yet they have Selects' logo at the top of the card.

I also asked about that and since Select and the NRL are licensed together to produce cards the NRL can also use Select's logo.

Well, I might get the Bowen as I have decided that I will put in a bid for the card!

Nice cards, there seems to be a preston campbell, Nathan Merritt, Andrew Ryan, Billy Slater, Nathan Hindmarsh and the Matt Bowen one listed by that same seller now. Wonder if there is a panthers one out there somewhere...

Wow, well if the NRL is producing them without any help from Select then maybe the NRL should be designing and releasing the cards each year because that is a pretty good effort.

You will find that Select printed the cards for the NRL and that is as far as they go with the cards ....Select will not be distributing the cards after that .....
