2008 Herald Sun Essendon Inserts Wanted

Hi all, I have the 2008 Herald Sun Essendon Team Set and I am looking for the 3 Limited Edition cards to complete the set.

• Rising Star - Patrick Ryder
• Sharp Shooter - Matthew Lloyd
• Best and Fairest - James Hird

I don't know anything about these cards, so don't know how hard they are to get or what they are worth. Any help would be very much appreciated.
