I am thinking of getting this mag!

Just wondering if they cover all the graded cards as well?

For example if I wanted to look up 97'98 Ultra Chauncey Billups RC BGS 8 would the mag list insignificant graded cards like that?

The Beckett annual lists almost every card ever made and as per the Beckett mag it has Hi and Lo prices relating back to card condition...you should be able to work out an approximate price for your graded cards from there.
