It's funny you should raise this subject. I went through the same problems with her. Just ring Australia Post a make a complaint, make sure you keep the complaint reference # handy. She has been pretty good around here lately for this reason i think.

There's nothing worse than watching them drop a slip in the mail box without even checking to see if anyone is home.:v:
