1998/99 Select Hobby Box

Liam only just read your post, I have to say bad luck with the golds in the box but the sigs are beauties no matter which one you pull so well done mate.

By the way I have an unopened box of 96 World Cup which I bought from Card Zone a couple of months back but am happy to offload it mate so I'm sure we can work something out. I also have an unopened box of 94/95 if you are interested.

Well done - while it always seems the cheaper option to just buy the high-end sigs outright there is no feeling like busting a box all to yourself!! Congrats!!!

P.S. Dan I still feel sick to think of the master set of 98/99 I got rid of back in 2001. $1500 for me and some lucky pr!ck got a full set of retail, chrome and golds, all the chrome inserts and all the sigs the same number - including the Superstar sigs _ all sent off in the official 98/99 folder!! Kill me now!!!!

Just a little update on the Terry Alderman sig. I emailed select about a binder and a couple of other things, and they informed me that the girl who handles redemptions is away until August 24th, so there will be a delay in processing my redemption!
 
Oh No the old one man band excuse!! imagine, the whole redemption process falls apart cause Betty wants a cup of tea!! Are we in the 21st century!??

Just saw this thread...nice bust mate!
I bought a dozen or so of these packs back in 1999 and pulled a Chappell & a Marsh Auto! - Still got them too!

Also how much was the box and where did you get it from?

Mmm - I have a McGrath Authentic Signature but it's not numbered......I might have to have a crack at one of these boxes as I wouldn't mind one more of those Heroes Signatures........3 looks neater in the folder than two ;)
