Just saw this thread, wow that Ablett is a beauty, easily a $3000 card in my books, probably more - great score!!

Probably one of the best and rarest AFL cards you can get. I love the Carey one but the Ablett is even better. UNBELIEVABLE!!

I have a 1995 Wayne Carey Select redemption card along with the CoA No. 46 of 400. Any idea of what it’s worth. I also have the complete set from from that year which includes an unopened packet. All in mint condition

there was a guy on the other afl card forum that had one too, he posted a picture of it a few years back. wasnt you was it mate? they are very rare, probably the rarest of the rare. my best advice is only sell if you absolutely have to. about 3 or 4 careys have sold in the last 2 years or so, all for around 275-350. but the ablett one could be upto $5000 or more. you can pretty much ask anything you like for this card, they are never for sale. only ever seen or heard of the one on the other forum.

Hi there, I have just seen this forum. I was chooka11 who posted my Ablett #3 years ago. My advice to anyone is to hold onto it, I listed it on eBay going back about +10ish years and biggest offer I got then was $6800. But I just can’t part with it!!!

Hi mate. A very special card to have so well done. Here’s the crazy thing, I’m thinking about offering my Carey MVP gold for trade and was doing some research today, came across this thread here and had a read, then hours later you reply. What a crazy coincidence.
