100% undiluted retro auto mailday!

love the oscar...everybody should have an oscar....but i think the dream is my fav. Great pickups

I think you're the first guy who acknowledged the Oscar! Pretty difficult card to get hold of so really stoked with it!

Some lovely additions champ

The Payton 100/100 brings back some memories for me ! I used to own the Lebron and MJ from the same set a while back. Both numbered 100/100 too ;)
Always loved the design of that particular set

I'm a real sucker for some old school autos, and any mailday including Dantley, Muggsy, Big O, Dr J, Olaujwon and Baylor is a great one for mine. Love Parish in the Hornets jersey too; don't see that very often.

That Oscar auto is a real beauty too.

Woah take it easy there Skip! I don't think i've seen this many autos in a mailday ever.

Im not a big fan of the glove in lakers uni but love that one for some reason, I think it's the retro jersey.
Let me know if you decide to move it ;)

Were you doing the set chase? Lovely looking product - but I think the 09 10 SPGU has ruined the Significance label forever!

Whoa! I have a card you actually want! I'm swimming in the deep end now with the big boys! hah hah Yep, agree the jersey makes a big difference - it's just the vibe of the thing....

I hadn't seen this thread until now, but I'm very impressed Skip... must be one of if not your best mailday yet!

Yep, would have to agree G, couple of decent cads from decent products makes all the difference. Not as much rubbish as usual but I'm really making a concerted effort to trim down the 'portfolio' of cardboard with more quality additions and getting rid of the peripheral stuff.

wow, this is the complete mailday thread. one thread and yet so many greatest players out there. very great and nice combination mate. enjoyed reading and looking at the cards. reminds me to the old days :)

epic haul mate..truely epic..the payton looks hot! i take it that Steve Smith is IP? i got a smith panini USA auto for my mate, great player! and man that thard makes me want to start collecting him again!

Thanks mate, not many of the new breed have captured my attention - I'm living in the past................and loving every second of it! hah hah

Hmm, was wondering if I should move that to Payton to Nick's PC but now you've got me second guessing myself! Steve Smith auto has the Topps Certified Auto emblazoned in the top right hand corner so it's the real on card deal!

I did start chasing it after i picked up the matching MJ and LBJ bust sadly some of the good players in the set only came in those horrible silver backed sticker auto's :( Such a sweet design and set ruined by just a few cards.

The old silver back....I thought they were a Topps travesty but yes, that would ruin the set chase!

Damn, those cards are nice!

Cheers Paulie - I see you appreciate a good HOF auto! Got a Bill Russell Bowman '48 auto to move if you were interested - yes, quite a shameless plug! lol

Cheers Maso - pretty sure I'm closing in on a dozen Big O autos by now - will have to do a recap and repost one day - PC by PC! Maybe all five PC forces combined could take on that Ewing PC of yours! hah hah
