Ok i will give you a quick run down

The ultra cards are the ones with clear border
Rainbows are like a shiny card...Like Champions sigs
And the Metalized are like the one you got

They are in the set divided into teams...Each team has at least one of the above...They can be seen as commons and inserts but more as an inserts

could you please say how much each of these inserts are worth?

if you ebay search there is only one guy in aus doing them daytrademareema at $5 for metal $3 ultra and $1 rainbow

I agree although I think rainbows are quite under-rated.
