Good on you Gary for being an great guy. I am sure it was a very honest mistake......but lets you know that you need to check what you do all the time, sometimes these silly little things come up.

Too me it looks like a box got resealed packs happens every now and agin with ebay they search then reseal the packs if it was really easy to open them this is probs wat happened

Gary is one of the most trusted sellers you could find. If you dont have a clue about the situation or the person your talking about then just keep that sort of crao to yaself!! I thought you would have learned the first time!!!

Just be careful what you say, your not going to make any frienda around here making utterly crap accusations about a member that is so highly regarded.

i tried to give leroy a call, and sent him an email and a pm but he didn't get back to me. must be busy. but anyhow i went to the post office today and sent him a chrome hobby box in the end because i made an honest mistake and he gets the hobby box and the retail box in the end (can now make a full set or 2). hope he enjoys it when he receives it mid week. thanks.

as explained in our emails yesterday i was working all day yesterday so was unable to reply or answer my home phone

im really glad we worked this unfortunate situation out so both sides are happy...as what Ersk said let this be a lesson to all who use ebay 4 bidding and selling to check item descriptions when listing and buying in the future...
Gary is a great seller and i have used him for many years and plan to in the future so i hope this situation/break doesn't deter anyone from using him for boxes and supplies...he is truely one if not the best supplier in Oz
