since the box break, I've called upper deck to let them know my story
anyway they requested that I post in the card and they'll see what they can do.
AS AN UPDATE TO THIS;
i've received an email from Upper Deck this morning saying that they have received the redemption and advising that I can now redeem online, so I've entered in the redemption code and vola! it accepted my code and the redemption order has been placed. The current status is: In Stock, Item will be shipped soon!!!!!
So I'm currently very excited and eagerly anticipating it's arrival but also cautious until it does arrive.
I'll keep you guys posted and when it does arrive, it will be my first mailday entry
