Curious, how do they authenticate that you didn;t get one? Cause example: I just opened a box. What if I kept the wrappers, contacted them and said I got 2 boxes, 1 contained an auto (the one I'll send in if it's redemption like mine was) and the other box didn't. I'd still be sending them wrappers so how'd they know?
i remember a box break on here a while ago where the box said 1 auto per box, the person (i dont remember who or the post) but they contacted topps and they said to send in the wrappers and box (i think) and they will send them a replacement. dead_end_cruiser contact topps and tell them (nicely) that you busted a box and didnt get a dual auto. The thread must have been archived - check with admin.

Nah mate i know its not your fault but i break a box every blue moon and it just makes me want to give up, if they are going to advertise this shit they have to ****in make it happen, the only reason i bought the damn thing was for that auto and it really grinds my gears.
pm the mods (magicman i think) and ask him to dig up the thread on the other topps break, the member was from WA from what i remember. It may have the email address in the thread. If you go agro at them you probably wont get anything so tell them you buy lots of there product and have been a collector for yrs. If they straight out refuse - got nuts at them.
Yeah this happened to me with the box topper in Finest, but I had already thrown away teh wrappers. They will send you a letter telling you what they require you to send back to them. Keep EVERYTHING! I'll look for the letter because I might have kept it, but I doubt it, good luck with it though.

They emailed me back and i need to send like 4 barcodes off the box or something?. Theres only one fkn barcode on there and 4 wrappers but it says i need an invoice from the shop i got it from. Even if gary can make one up for me they might not give two shits cos its not from an official supplier?. Ill post the email up here when i get home but it was just a generated stiff shit sucks to be you kinda response.

Thats the thing with full court, theres is one GU/Auto per case, and that takes the place of the dual auto in that box. its not an error. thats how it is in EVERY case. I have seen 5 cases of this stuff broke and there is always 11 Dual Autos and an Auto Gu per case. So i dont think topps will do anything.
