Please explain!!!

Yep I know this seller, I have bought from Hanizena a few times. No probs at all. Has pretty good player lots quite often. sometimes they go cheap other times very expensive. Some ppl just pay stupid prices for things!!

Agreed, some people will just pay whatever. I pull out of bidding at BV...and that's only if it is a big want card. I buy a lot from checkoutmycards and smcci so never looking to pay BV and certainly not above BV!! Each to their own I spose. I wish I had cards to sell to these people!! I'd take 2-3x BV all day long!!!

Woooow $61 !

Not sure but I think I have the same one... if you guys want mine for $50, pleeeaaaase pm haha

The price is just unreal !

All his cards are "VERY RARE HUGE BV$$" ! It's why he can sell them a "little bit" higher than usual maybe... ^^
Nothing ventured, nothing gained !

I follow all of this guys shaq auctions and over the last few months they have been going for up to $170....while my own go for $50 - $100....i haven't sold a shaq lot for $170+ since Lebron was a rookie and cards where selling a lot higher.

In saying that, even if there was shilling going on, you still need someone stupid enough to keep bidding up to $61 on a $25 card.

The above comment doesnt look good for him, but the same people usually bid on my stuff....infact the current high bidder on the Shaq lot i have up at the moment has won a few lots from me before.....i don't know if he resells them or what seeing as though most of the cards are the same, as they are my dupes.

hahaha they are all "THE GREATEST EVER LOT"

i've acutually consider copying his listing format just to see if it works for me....its killing me that his auctions go for double that mine do every time!!!!

I have bought from Hani quite a few times and always had a really good transaction. I think because he sells so much and does it well he has alot of repeat buyers (like me) so gets more hits on his auctions. Especially Jordan and Shaq collectors.

Does that mean you would pay 2.5x BV for a card that has been selling recently for between $8-$20??

Not me, but someone obviously did. BV doesn't mean much these days anyway in my opinion.

Hmmmmmm..... 2nd highest bidder has 100% bid activity with the seller and winning bidder 23% within last 30 days.

Actually, that does look a bit suss.

ok i think the proof is in the pudding on this bloke....check out his latest shaq auction

GREATEST SHAQUILLE O'NEAL LOT OF 300 INSERTS/CARDS $1000BV AWESOME XMAS PRESENT! | eBay

look at the second highest bidders stats....this was the same bidder that was the second highest bidder on every one of his auctions i bid on a couple of weeks ago. I'm just confused as to why people still bid on his lots? I ended up winning one card from him last week....it will be the last!!!

people need to get over this whole beckett value ****. Beckett is out of touch.

The market value is what people are willing to pay at auction on eBay at the time. This means prices will flactuate more so as different people value these cards to a personal level of what they think it is worth.

I agree. Beckett is a rough industry guideline but other factors come into play with cards such as locality and availability on the market and as well put earlier in the thread if a collector wants it then the price will drive accordingly.
