Anyone got any of the NRL ones??.. How much is TOO MUCH to pay for one? They are limited to 10 each is that right?

Yeah I've got four of them ... There were apparently ten of each in 2007, but I think it was less in 2006.

Who knows how much they are worth, it seems to vary, and it always seems low to me, considering their rarity.

I have one of them, the Darren Lockyer...........I have not personally seen another advertised since I bought it. As for value, to me its priceless, to another Broncos fan well that is the big question, if a Captain Sig numbered to 50 can go for nearly $1500 for this player then an authentic sig tazo of that player should fetch a pretty penny.

I cant imagine myself paying $10 for a tazo let alone over $1000 so really its just up to what your prepared to pay.

Yeah same Tazos do nothing 4 me... but ppl dont understand paying so much 4 a card... so if Tazos r ur thing...go for it!

Tho Dave id like 2 see the Lockyer one...?

How are they any different to cards?!

I don't see they are any different, its an authentic signed item that has a limited production run. As requested, here is the Darren Lockyer signature tazo from 2007.

These tazo's are rarer than the Captains Sigs, I know a bloke who worked for Smiths Chips and he told me that pilfering was rife on the production line and that in fact very few of the signature tazo's actually made it into packets of chips. I hate using the term rare, but I make an exception for these items.

Besides the size and availability… I jus don’t like them. That may just be me….

Saying that the Lockyer one is cool... (thanx 4 that dave :))

Yeh I think so.............and it enjoys a very special place in my collection along with my captain sig and my jersey sig from 2003................ :woot:

Awesome stuff James.

Another cracker in your collection Dave. Very very nice.

i have a johno thursto one from 2007 how much do you think its worth

If you are a cowboys fanatic then it would be priceless.............. for me, if someone came up to me tomorrow and offered me 5 grand for my Darren Lockyer sig tazo I would turn it down, now that I have it, its worth more to me than money.

So to answer your first question, it's worth what someone is willing to pay, limited to 10 each, they are very much harder to find that a Captain Signature and SHOULD be worth much more IMHO.
