Ebay pricing changes 22/09/11

So logged in to ebay to find this today:

What I found amusing however was the wording in the answer to question 7:

7. If I list an item and it doesn't sell, do I need to pay the insertion fee?


If you relist and it doesn’t sell, you still don’t have to pay an insertion fee – as long as the relisted item falls within the first 30 listings for that month.

I like how the answer eludes to the fact the first listing doesn't pay a fee if it doesn't sell yet the answer isn't specific and I can't find a specific answer to the question anywhere. A yes or no would have been more responsible Ebay

eBay do an amazing job, great customer service, never had a problem, they should be able to charge as much in fees as they want !

Yeah it clearly shows they are doing something wrong doesn't it... as we all know. I don't think I'll ever forget watching your video receiving the base cards Matt
