FAKE 1/1s on eBay...!!!

Just want to let everybody know that I came across a seller with some pretty suspicious 1/1s... here are the auctions:

Shaquille O'Neal 07/08 Topps Luxury Box # 1/1 | eBay
Steve Nash 07/08 Topps Luxury Box # 1/1 | eBay

These are just the base cards with a 1/1 stamp on the back... there are no other 1/1 from 07-08 Luxury Box to compare to but I am pretty sure that the numbering is normally on the front left. This guy also has a Kevin Durant 1/1 from R&S but it looks pretty suspicious to me as well. So the conclusion is that either this seller or at least someone out there is making these FAKE cards because 1/1 are so rare, sometimes we don't really know what they look like and we can sometimes optimistically believe that they are real. Please beware!

hmmm the look legit to me but hey im no expert , havent seen these cards before so hard to tell , but if they are fake he is a total scumbag

My opinion is fake. As a regular breaker of Luxury box all numbering is on the front of these cards for the whole set. I haven't seen a 1/1 though so they may be legit, but my spidey senses query how someone with 19 feedback has so many 1/1s from the same product.

one of his 1/1 has been graded by beckett, so that ones legit...

The graded one is a superfractor, it's pretty hard to fake those ones since you actually have to put a refractive layer below the top layer... but with the Luxury Box ones, all you need to do is stamp 1/1 on top of the card somewhere. Has anyone here seen a real 1/1 from the set to verify if the card is real? the numbering on the back is definitely inconsistent with the other parallel sets within the brand.

yeah i have a *%$& load of those luxury box cards and they sorta look very suss. i might buy them and then neg the hell outta him.....oh wait you cant do that anymore
