Got this redemption in today, was gonna ask for a replacement cause I didn't care for the card anyway, but clearly it got filled. Then I open it up and find Panini's quality control at it's usual. The picture doesn't quite do the bend in it justice, or maybe it does.

Thanks Panini =D>

damn that is bad. Got a rookie recruits of Terrico White today as a panini redemption..................... whoopeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

At least it was nice and straight :D

It was really hard getting the picture to show the bend. It's numbered 229/299.
It's not that I care about the card but it just highlights how bad their quality is, considering it was hand packed

I hope my Pippen redemption, should it ever get filled, doesn't look like this :D

i was just about to open my own thread for this. got a redemption package today. was waiting on three redemptions. they only sent me 2. AND the 1/1 they sent out to me has creases and a worn corner. unbelievable...

Well they should have known when they threw that 'Boomerang' it would come back :lol:

Sorry to see what they sent you mate :(

You might find that this card might have been sent out mint but Australia's Post Sorting Rollers got the better of it. Ive had this happen to a similar card before but this came from a seller. I highly doubt that Panini would have sent out that card like that.

Just my thoughts!

Cheers
Matt

The redemption I received was in a top loader.....same card as the original poster, just a different player.

I figure your probably right Matt because the top loader has the flimsiest plastic. But the top loader is so ****ty that I would consider that Panini's fault for using a top loader like that in the first place, instead of a harder plastic.

If I sent a card in a top loader like they did that I had sold to someone and it got damaged I would blame myself.

yeah same got a cheap rookie auto from TT today as well of Larry Sanders and it too has a crease on the bottom left corner. :( gotta love their quality control. Sorry to hear about yours Carl.

im suprised they send them out with that little protection. i got 2 both in one touch magnetics? why would they send mine in those and others in top-loaders?!

Probably because mine was listed as having a $6 value on the declaration. Being yours arrived in a one touch, it's harder to argue postal damage rather than Panini handling damage too.

I was always under the believe that cards in bubble mailers did not go through the roller process hence the no pwe rule.

And Carl were the dulcit tones of Rolf Harris audible as the envelope was opened.

"My boomerang won't come back....."

Must be a panini redemption day, i got a T. Evans rookie ticket auto in a top loader. Didnt have time to fully inspect but i will now.

You could eat cereal out of that bowl!

Pretty horrible to hear mate but I guess you are fortunate it's not a high end card or a low numbered card. I'd be heartbroken if it was an important PC additions that turned up like that.
