Also i have passed all information on him to SCF Sports Card Forum since he is very active on there , they say they will come to a decision tonight on banning him or not. I will keep everyone posted in regards to what transpires.

I know for a fact if they allow him to stay a quick delete and that site is gone for me anyway as i won't endorse a forum that harbor tools like that , just letting other new members know if the use that site.

Also Hairy (G) do you know who he is on that site mate ? i just asked because you are answering his ridiculous questions all the time bud , just in case i want to give you the heads up he is a tool.

Wow i just got some Info from SCF , here is the final say on Ray .

Okay here is the Ultimate Outcome...., The Assistant Manager came to the Conclusion that there was not enough "Quote" Rock Solid Proof for the Site to take any action against this Jordan23 member, But has made it Very Clear that he is on the Shortest Leash that anyone can have and his profile has been flagged for all staff to keep an eye on him and any deals he might try and conduct, So i know it may not be the answer your looking for and frankly i do apologize but i do not make the rules of the site i just enforce what Im told to and this is straight from the 2nd in charge of the site and basically what he says goes, So if you have any more questions/concerns always feel free to contact me and i will do my best to help.

Hey, I'm not defending the guys actions or anything, but you can't fault SCF for not banning him when he hasn't seemed to actually do anything wrong over there. He just talks about Jordans and asks if they're available if someone posts one.
Plus I've been trying to get a card off him for over a year... hoping that he'll eventually crack...

C'mon, it's not like that, just that I can see why they wouldn't necessarily do it. Changing the ebay name is certainly dodgy, and getting ridiculous, but again, that's not a banable offense on SCF... Just trying to keep open-minded.
