Australian Sports Card Collector Magazine - ON SALE NOW

Thanks guys - really appreciate the feedback and support.

I have already started planning for the next 4 issues.

If anyone has any suggestions for things they would like to see im open to anything.

Owen maybe a feature spot on a collector and their collection. With some questions on how they got in the hobby etc.
Also love the old scanlens cards so would love some stories on these. For example I heard the rumour of sealed 80s boxes. Fact or fiction. I think everyone dreams of stumbling across a treasure like this.

idea for next issue,

Maybe get a few people a challenge to see what they can turn $50 intio by buying and re selling cards on ebay in one month and cover the results in the mag. See who gets the best results

I have always like the Readers Write section in Beckett where readers write to Beckett with their questions about certain cards,or the hobby in general.Maybe you could do something similar, where readers can send you questions, and you can answer them in each issue.

Looking to do an issue on Scanlen's. I have just tracked down a historian from Allens/Regina in NZ so hopefully they have some good stories.

Got my copy today Owen thanks =D> congrats on it. I think you have done a really good job. Liked your tips for the new collector (as i am one) and the price guide is really handy as i was looking through the Select site to find older cards i was after and it was a nightmare. So overall great job.

Thanks Shane - appreciate the feedback.

Got back today from my holiday and my copy was waiting for me. Really enjoyed it thanks!

The price list is much improved from the one you produced a few months ago ... there's still a few prices I'd object to, but that's the nature of the beast I suppose. Nothing way off that I noticed! So congrats.

As for the Dynamic stuff, saying it had limited design is a bit rough, I still find it more visually exciting than most of the things Select has produced - particularly in recent years.

Hello Owen

How do I know what issue I bought? I can't find a issue number on the magazine.
I really enjoyed the magazine, One Idea to add to the magazine is maybe add a subscription offer for 12 months and give away a few currant packs of cards to subscribers, I don't know
it was just an idea, but I know that I would subscribe for 12 months without the free packs of cards, hope you keep the magazine alive.

Regards
Andy
