TTM - Need a few specific addresses

Next couple of players on my list to contact, if anyone knows of an address, are:

Thanks to everyone who has helped with this quest so far. I understand, addresses given out and used irresponsibly can make it difficult for other collectors to have their items signed in future, so be assured I won't be abusing the contact. Last time I wrote to any of these players was over 10 years ago and if there is a next time, it will probably be in another 10 years, by which time their contact details will probably have changed, as I'm finding out now

It's been a fairly decent few months of collecting. All up, I have received 17 responses and so far am waiting on 10. Unfortunately, most of these I'm expecting to be a write off. Such is life!
Thank you to everyone who has contributed with addresses and advice.
The well of addresses has pretty much run dry, as has the inspiration on whom to approach next. Am more keen on former players, rather than current crop, as they will be accessible for a while yet. If anyone has some ideas on players that are easy to obtain TTM from and can share some reliable addresses, please PM me.

Mate when I struggle to think of where to send I try to go with themes. EG. Players who have scored on Debut, top run scorers, players from a certain team (I am working on all players to play in the record test win streak) if you are any good on photoshop you can make your own cards/photos to send.
With the test players I'm after I am getting players to sign index cards with there name and have a nice poster that I will frame with the cards around it.
