I hope they see your vid as proof, I mean it is similar to Angry's BGS issue - how much more proof can you possibly give.....yet they still may want more! How?

I listed a few 97-98 game jerseys recently and made sure I had EMS shipping as the only option....problem is it is so expensive to send that way from Oz - $50!! Only costs $15 from Asia and about $30 from the USA. So that obviously turns a number of sellers off.

I know your main gripe is with eBay/Paypal and you have had a rough trot lately mate, but don't turn away totally from the hobby and also the collecting side.....I have a really good story to share with a mailday that I will get up on here in an hour or two that might restore your faith in the hobby a bit.

Just maybe just be more selective with the stuff you buy so that selling isn't an option???? Much better if you can buy and rarely have to sell...you have a lot to offer the hobby mate, we need people like you with lots of knowledge hanging around

F*%ks sake! I almost raged my notebook watching that vid. Im glad you got all the details in the video including the tracking number, ebay has to act on this sh!t. If nothing is done definitely go to the media or tell them fair trading will be called, this is a dead set joke.
I think this thread should be posted on every card trading forum known. Hopefully someone can track him down too, i'd shot in towards your flight to go personally hand his arse to him

i would definately email these guys, they love to make big companies look bad and if they take the story on, they might be able to reverse the outcome with the bad publicity!!
anyway, i really feel for you. makes me angry hearing about these stories.
the first decade of ebay the sellers were the scammers, they changed the rules and now the buyers are the scammers.
we might need a justice of the peace at every post office to sign off on all ebay items sent!!!

Very pleased to get all the responses of support guys, thanks. Not that $200 is life changing but it's the principal of the flawed system currently operating and already kind of being down on the hobby and having a rough go in life over the last while. I just want to make a difference if I can. Evidenced again by the fact ultimatederon is getting the treatment over a $2000 card that was sent to and signed for by the buyer but claimed not as described. A very tough situation.

Good luck Matt, hope this gets sorted out for you. It does seem like ebay have a lot of robots working for them most of the time with the generic responses you get from them. Too much proof in that video though for them not to step up this time. Hopefully.
