Recently listed my laptop. Guys buys it with bid of $187.
Doesn't reply to my emails for 2 weeks then tells me he gets paid in a fortnight and will pay then.
2 days later messages me and says lost his job cant afford it anymore, So i relisted it.
Believe it or not he wins again at $135 and says he will pay on friday, Now i reported him to ebay and told him i will not be going through with the sale.

based upon our policies. Our actions may include listing cancellation,
limits on account privileges, account suspension, forfeit of eBay fees
on cancelled listings and loss of PowerSeller status. However, for
privacy reasons, I cannot discuss the action that we will take. I hope
this gives you assurance that your account information will also remain
private.
Bear in mind that sometimes we'll take action but you won't be able to
see it. For example, we might send them a formal warning to tell them
that they're breaking the rules, and that if they do it again we'll
suspend their account.
I hope I've put you at ease. You've been an extremely valuable member of
the eBay community and I do hope that all of your future endeavours with
us are not only pleasant, but successful as well.

This really pisses me off as ive tried to cancel the transaction, but he has denied the cancellation. Meaning ive got to send it once i receive payment.
