Didn't he trade you a dodgy Payton in non mint condition or did i imagine this? And you want to get close to his nutsack :P

LMAO! Nah it wasn't dodgy or damaged i just found out he was many different people on ebay and tried to rip off another member after i had given him my hard earned cash and was slightly aggravated at the time hence my wanting to castrate him with the card

I did ask Ray about the incident with khouzza, he said they did a trade but he didn't say much more than that. He also didn't say much about the stolen MJ cards on ebay except that all of those questionable accounts are not his. One thing I found out during the show though is that there was a rumour going around that Ray took someone's Kobe Chrome RC but Gary later confirmed that the card was in fact found by its owner.

So has anyone done any more investigation? I am eager to find out what actually happened... even though deep down I know we will never know the truth..

Of course hae told you they were not him- he lies about everything.

His combined profiles link him to all different ebay accounts so it is him.

The only investigation that has been done revealed that he has some brains in getting a PO Box which is located in the same place that his address is from when he was a member on ozcardtrader.

Anyway, this thread should stay open so Amy, ebay- bond_girl can have her say on what happened and how the REAL investigation is going. But its also to update on his new profiles/ebay names to warn other traders, also its not harming anyone cause if your a banned member- you shouldnt be reading this. Hi Ray!

Remind me never to double cross card collectors or risk losing my hairy nutsack

An interesting development today in this actually. I was contacted by a member here who had a dealing with jrsmith_23 on ebay recently and the information (his last name) from when i dealt with him about a year ago, has now changed.

I found this interesting?

Cheers
Matt

You did? Or you're asking us if you did..?

Maybe he got married... to Amy... hence why they are friends according to her original auction...

yep we have 2 different surnames on file now and 2 addresses, one a street address and one a PO box both in the same suburb.

Glad the info was useful Matt, although i ment to send it to the (lynch) mobs not the mods so if you could kindly forward that on...................

Just want to inform that despite all this attention, Mr Ray has attended the Sydney Card Show once again. As if oblivious to everything which has been said about him...

he probs think that all asians look the same and no one will recognise him =P (im asian myself.)

But if he did get married to Amy the usual thing is for the female to take the males name not the other way around. Well if that's true you can see who wears the pants in that relationship.

Hang on, is it legally possible to get married to yourself?

Dems fighting words!
Watch yourself Garth or you may find yourself the victim of a random ballsacking.

I have your Paytons remember

I have done a bit of research into the 3 questionable ebay accounts:

bond_girl (29) - rarely used account, last item sold was Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter Jul-09-07, last item bought on Apr-20-09... most of the feedback messages (as seller or buyer) were written in German so the account is possibly registered on German ebay. Without any new buys, I cannot figure out what the scrambled user name looks like in bid history.

legacy_pmg_rubies ( 65) (aka jordan_patch_23 before Jul-06-11) - a heavily used account for selling high end MJ cards... looks like a person who is just offloading his massive MJ collection

Location: JORDAN23, Australia
Most recent card purchase: 98 SKYBOX RUBIES MICHAEL JORDAN TEAM SKYBOX 26/50 for $2650 with scrambled username m***u
Most recent card sale: 93/94 Ultra POWER n The KEY Michael Jordan PSA 10 for $330.5

jrsmith_23 (517) - a heavily used account for buying MJ cards and whatever is cheap.. definitely a collector.

Location: New South Wales, Australia
Most recent card purchase: 1999-00 MICHAEL JORDAN MVP SUPER SCRIPT SGC 98 for $185 with scrambled username 2***s
Most recent card sale: Michael Jordan 98-99 Fleer Playmakers Theatre #94/100 for $3920

From the information above, the first thing that crossed my mine is to investigate the shill bidding activity between the 2 known scrambled usernames. I found no evidence at this point because none of the names showed up on each other's auctions. But this does not rule out bond_girl being a shill because her account is so cold that no one knows what the scrambled username is. So here's contribution for today.

Is it just me or does $330 seem alot for that card?

I remembered that's what it was originally but when I referred back to the ebay listing, the description has been revised and I no longer can find what the ebay account was. But I did a search for: bond_girl, bond_girl007, bond_girl_007 and only bond_girl showed up as an existing account. I have also checked the previous posts in this thread, many of them have referred to her account as bond_girl only. So I don't know...

^^ Brian it's bond_girl_007 not just bond_girl

It is very high but it probably had something to do with the fact that the card is graded PSA 10. There are many hardcore collectors out there chasing graded cards and are willing to pay big dollars for cards that are proven to be in good condition.
