Anyone recognise this jersey

Bought this off eBay years ago, anyway can't remember if this was a charity jersey for some game or an actual team jersey
signed on the front and back, Vautin, Sterling, Menzies, Lazarus, Brasher, Renouf??

Looked it up online. "He suffered a suspected heart attack after taking the National League One club for a pre-season training session in 2005 at the age of 41"
Nice looking jersey there - lots of top players signatures on it. Notice steve menzies on the back too
