I don't feel sorry for either of them. Both were excessively drunk and if the passenger was dumb enough to get in the car knowing the driver was drunk also, then what was stopping him doing the same thing?

Whilst it's a shame to see 2 people die far too early in life, it's the reality that we all have to deal with.
