This is just premier league code for "pay us lots more than you have offered and you can have him"

maybe, but this is far more adament than the usual 'so-and-so wont leave'.
i still doubt any of the main 3 at spurs will go anywhere this season...

yeah the one a few posts ago is there 3rd Kit while there away one is Black..

On a side issue here is Liverpool's new away strip. Remind you of some crosstown rivals???

Sorry it is the 3rd kit - but looks very similar to cross town rivals Everton. You wont see Man U wearing sky blue.

it does look very similiar..

Did you see our new one Owen? If not theres a picture of mine on Page 3 of this thread :)

Modric thing could get a bit tasty.......

It will get very tasty

If Chelsea want him they can hame him.. Obviously Roman Abramovich is having a say as usual and he just wants the best players at the club! It was like last time, he forced the issue with Torres, and look how that turned out! Anelka and Drogba couldn't play together so why chuck Torres in the mix when he wants to be the star and the man who wants to score most!

Agreed - Torres was almost a case of stacking talent and weakening the opposition - trouble was he was in poor form and always injured before he went there, now he's just not the same player. Wouldn't be surprised if Abramovich offers $35-40 mill in the end and Spurs don't turn it down...

yeah exactly.. While Modric is a great player he is NOT required at Chelsea! They've got perfectly good players that can play centre- Lampard, Ramires and Essien! If they buy Modric they would have to sell Essien?

not sure you can class essien or ramires in the same league as modirc. and lampard is old...

yeah its the 3rd strip... Some outrage over it, but considering Liverpool FC were born from Everton when after some "committee" men had an argument they broke off and started LFC, there is also a plaque at Anfield Stadium which bears Evertons name etc....

Joey Barton to Arsenal... not sure what I think about that one yet. Not sure what Nasri would think either. But it seems Arsenal have made an inquiry, and at £1.5 million might be some good business. The talent is there.

AVB to chelsea whats going on at porto is there a mass clean out

unconfirmed...
