Time to convert old boy!

You don't have to use a CC with PayPal so you can restrict your spending to what you have in your bank account.

Open a separate savings account and only put in there what you intend on spending!

Just get a debit card mate...... works the same way as a credit card except you only use the money you have in your bank account.
