I was doing work on the shop and That is where I bumped into him while he was out shopping with the fam. I think he is tired of not being able to point them in the right direction

well, what i meant when i said to buy a cheap shop in the sticks is totally different to your thinking.
you see cards are not kebabs, you don't need passing traffic.
what you need is to build a reputation and have a lot of stock and i don't care if your on top of a hill in timbuktoo,
I will get there! and so will most collectors.
it's overheads that will get you bud.
there is nothing to look fwd to 'cos your paying rent and someone else's property loan.
you get no sickies or paid holidays and most importantly, no work cover and no superannuation!
so when your out your stuffed, whereas a property will balance that out a bit.
anyways, good luck and even though you where already set in mind before you even wrote this thread,
I hope your not starting a forum shop, you know, get enough positives from online friends that your thinking more
of them and not what's really going on.
here's my big tip then..
your in WA yeah, well early footy cards from WA are very very sought after, half of my want list is pre 50's WA issued footycards.
what you should do is do what that djdj noob does and put up "wanted footy cards" signs everywhere! traffic corners, sign posts ect.
you will be amazed at what you will pick up from time to time.
as I said, early WA issued cards are the ants pants and that's what you gotta be in touch with in the long term.
you gotta have something more than just what everyone else has.
also on ccg's..
mate to get right into that you need to be able to get right into them yourself.
die hard ccg players are a whole lot more loyal then any other card collectors, if your thinking of sniping
exsisting gamers then your in for a shock i think.

Some good tips there Ben!
Make sure you get in on the series II AFL cards Tez, your timing is good because (hopefully) you will be established by the time they come out and people will want boxes, packs and singles gallore near the mid to end of July

The colour scheme that you have chosen is perfect and the shop's interior is looking really nice!

Some figurines that might take longer than expected. and packs of 08 first edition, 2011 sage autographed hobby, 2011 press pass hobby, 2011 UD hobby

Heaps ! the kebab shop has great foot traffic due to popularity ! IGA is nearby, Cashies, banks, atm's, library, every food joint you could imagine. The location is what made me do it in the end. Too good to be true
If I can sell my stuff at the same price you offer + the shipping cost I should be fine. That is based on selling 14 boxes a week which is do able
