After my legend of a wife did some magic trick on the windows and I put the shelves up it is starting to really take shape =D>

Thanks for looking and check out more picks in the official thread :)

Looking nice so far. Hope you have a decent security system installed and those windows are going to have bars over them otherwise can see a break in happening.

Don't do things by halves do you mate! Monster signage will look great but asking your missus to clean all those windows was a big call!

Just realised she did all the painting too!

How much weight do those floating selves hold? I was thinking of putting some up in my house but afraid the weightiness of the books might do some damage! Plus they aren't exactly solid brick walls either!

Thanks Garth ,Sadly if someone wants to get in they will. Cop shop is a block up the road and police are always in the area. Will get insurance and pack up (had lots of practice doing the markets) the expensive stuff and cases until the landlord puts in roller shutters . The windows are perspex coated but bars on the window will look terrible and are not really inviting.

Its looking good Terry.

cheers mate

Looks like its going to be a great store. That sign stands out heaps. All the best Terry

Thanks, The actual sign will be a little bit smaller than the picture but the banner will be bigger and fill most of the gap on the actual sign

 you don't know my wife. She had decided that she would take care of the painting and windows. once she makes up her mind she wont budge ! I think the weight has more to do with the screws due to the width of them (good space for prices ;)) The wall with the larger shelves is solid cement but the section with the smaller ones is must be 15mm then I had to drill into the solid wood door behind it to fit the butterfly clip in. feel pretty solid and only boxes will be displayed. no cases or heavy stuff

nice work, coming along...

:) pretty happy with it too

Nice thongs terry haha

 love my flip flops

Sweet as BRO! though a trading day in such small comforts would make it look like a party in their... Looking forward to lending you a hand....

Cheers Mike :) Not sure if you have had time to swing past and have a look but there will be plenty of room for traders ! The shop is also licensed to have tables and chairs outside  in case I need the extra space ;)

Looks great Tez

Thanks Scott. will be complete by the weekend :D

Good job! the place is VERY small though.. but what counts is who is running it and the stock you have.

Cant wait to see it open!

Hey Terry
Sorry it's takene so long as I did see this a few days ago, but big congrats to you mate for acting on yours, and my, dreams. Us perthians know there is room for you here.

I am in the security business so if there is anything you need, locks, safe etc. Don't hesitate to ask, even if just for some advice.

The roller shutters sound like a good idea, never thought of them. Any idea how long before the landlord installs.

Anyhow best of luck with the store

Nice work Tez its looking good, now you just need some goods to fill the place
Gotta agree on either roller shutters or those slide cages for the windows though as my first concern looking at those nice big clean windows was that looks way too easy to break in for a thief. Anyway im sure you've got it covered.

All the best with it mate get some pics of opening day if you can ;)

great work mate...put a big picture of pippen up the front and it will bring in all the customers....should have verse1 design the sign for you he'd have done it for free!
