Hi all,
Had recently won some 09/10 Classics hot packs off Ebay. The buyer had the option of regular or registered post. Wanting to get the packs safe and sound, i chose the registered post option. A couple of extra bucks to make sure they arrive safely, why not
Received the cards late last week, however they came via regular post. Standard bubble mailer with $1.20 postage on the mailer.
Being slightly annoyed, i messaged the seller asking for an explanation. It has been a week and no reply I have sent another message just in case the first one didn't get through.
Even though it is only a few bucks, still feel annoyed that the seller offers the service, however does not use it.
My question is, is there any way of getting the extra postage costs back? Can i go above the sellers head and get the funds back via PayPal?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
