PSN down

I have both Xbox and playstation and throughout all Xbox's hardware issues I think this is far worse. To get to the point where your identity is at stake is a massive problem. I have also found that a lot of the gaming servers are frequently down on playstation which is also a rare occurance for xbox. I don't mind paying the piddly $89 a year for online access for xbox because to me their online services are far superior.

I find the online service to be a joke, Like banning dudes accounts that live in Fort Gay, MS: Xbox Live Fort Gay ban "a mistake" News - Xbox 360 - Page 1 | Eurogamer.net

that is why I dont bother with online gaming. it has become too much of an effort to play.

Good old days you just had lists of gaming servers to connect to. None of this username/password real identity checks required to play.

AND THEY WERE FREE.

Now on PC, you have steam, and EA most likely has their own system. too much effort.

Hardly worth a mention considering it affects so few. And quite sad thats all you can drum up on xbox to back up your joke statement. This playstation hack will really tarnish their brand and image and they probably will lose a few customers over it.

I got nothing against Xbox really, I think the whole "war" of ps3 vs xbox fans is pretty lame. But I just thought it was funny how they would ban someone like that. Having said that I'd have my ps3 over xbox any day.

NEEEERRRDDD!
