NBA 2k11 HELP!!!!!

My NBA 2k11 (ps3) is not working!!!!! It gets to the 'click start' bit and it just stops. This has happened to 3 of my mates as well....all of them this past week!!! Happened to any of you guys? Can I fix it? HELP!?!?!?

I played it this week and it has been fine. Does it happen just to NBA 2K11 or other games as well. May just need a clean. Also give your PS3 laser a clean as well. You can get the kits at target or sanity etc

Only 2K. I took it to JB HI FI and they pro cleaned it and it didn't work. I might just buy it again off ebay for $40

Have you cleaned the laser in the PS3?

Actually happened to me today as well, thought it was just a problem with my disc.

Had not played it for weeks, tried to give it a shot today and it froze on me twice. Tried another game and it worked fine.

somethings up with the servers....disconnect ps3 from internet and boots up ok.

yeah mine is doing it today now grrrr , loads up til the teams page and just freezes , tried to do it offline and got to the press start page but as soon as i sign on it freezes again, how do you fix it ?

I know its probs working for you now, but it happened to me and 4 others friends a few weeks ago, 2k were working on the game at that stage, patching some things up. If you weren't signed in it would have worked

mine was freezing after i played a game i wiped all my game data and memory files i definately wouldnt need and started a new profile and turned autosave off and saved manually after each game havent had a problem since. that was in my player mode

Can't. PSN was hacked and no one can go online.
