nba 2k11 - my player

I got drafted to the Magic pick 28 in first round I think, just finished the regular season, ROY and All-NBA1st, Lebron got MVP but I lead league in scoring at 35.4, in playoffs just swept bucks. Alternated difficulty, mainly play on superstar level. Some crazy stuff happens to my team, Arena's and Richardson shooting 38% for year, others even worse. I shoot 65% from the field. Played a few games on HOF level, I had no trouble but the rest of my team became hopeless and I had opponent shoot 75-80% from field and score over 150 points. I play on the Wii and their appears to be some gameplay issues at times (maybe I'm wrong).
Not sure who I have next round of playoffs but I cant wait. I am a 6'10 small forward (athletic), but fit in well at magic since their is little rebounding after D Howard or for that matter reduced size and strength. Dwight had monster year with 17.5rpg leading the league.
 
I went 9 to the Jazz and I was predicted to go #8 to the clippers but alls good.

PS- In the last draft combine game I dropped 82 pts, 23 reb and 3 blk!

I'm a 7 ft SF.

That was just in the draft combine mate I haven't played a game in the NBA yet. When I dropped 86 the whole team scored 97 so only 11 points weren't mine :lol:

I'm monstering the boards now because most of the SF are 6'7 or 6'8 and im 7ft.
 
Im a 6'5 SG abd I got drafted pick 21 to OKC this morning :D I can get the starting spot without kicking out KD or Westbrook which is good :) My best combine stat line was 27pts 10reb and 6ast :) I only shoot around 45-50% from the field though
 
What sort of player are you guys starting out with?
I started with an All around style and im thinking thats what hurt me in the start trying to get drafted as i wasn't especially good at any one thing but decent at every thing. I think if i had started with a slasher or 3pt specialist i'd have gone better to start with.

Doesn't matter now as im owning with a 93 rating
 
Yeah I'm cleaning up in the playoffs after getting traded to the Lakers mid season, we are in the Finals against the Heat now and I'm averaging 34ppg 12.3rpg 5.5apg 3.7bpg and two of the last three games I got a triple double. Just decimated the Nuggets without Melo who I injured 4-0 sweep. What happens after the first season do you get signed or optioned etc?

Just had a tough 1st game of the 2nd rnd of the playoffs against the LA Lakers. We won by 3pts and I dropped 22pts, 18reb & 7blk! :D I hit 2 clutch FT to put us up by 3 and Kobe couldn't hit a 3 to tie on the buzzer! :) Kobe tore the game open in the last qtr and ended with 30pts!
 
So p!ssed with the Jazz I was tearing it up in the summer circuit 1st game 86 points, 34 reb and 3 blk! I played every minute then the next game I got 56 pts, 23 reb and 1 blk and got subbed out of the whole game at half time thats right I had 56 at half time.... Then the 3rd game urggh I had 86 points with 5 minutes left in the 3RD quarter and still the 4th to play and I got subbed out again until the end of the game!!!!! I preety much had the 100 in the bag and I got subbed out!
 
what the hell?! you must be playing long ass games and not passing the ball at all!! im averiging 35pts in my second season, and feel realistically im taking too many shots, but then i am also leading the league in assists with 10.6 so that balances things out a bit

12 min quarters mate. I havent had an assist yet cbf passing I just take jump shots.
 
Game 1 of the finals I was up by 6 with 2 minutes to go and my coach subbed me off (I had 28 & 16 at this stage) I sim to end of the game and we LOST by 2!!! WTF!!! I'm so pissed right now!!!! :mad:
 
I got drafted second round 1 by the heat had enough of chalmers not passing so asked for a trade. End up at the cavs. Kill me haha.
