Need help fast!!

Well paypal won't do anything unless they receive more complaints about the same guy. Outside the 45 days case closed in their eyes!
Still heard nothing from ebay, nice work guys!
Amazes me with such a straight out fraudulent act, that none of the official channels will do anything.

No sellers cannot Neg anymore.

I hate the fact that there's no live help anymore. Surely if you have plenty of proof you should be able to claim back, but you just can't talk to anybody?

I'm also thinking that a number of members on here would probably be looking at buying that for you now so if anybody is intending to bid they should communicate with each other...

Shows just how much bad feeling there is towards the very rare element we have to put up with in this hobby.
I can't believe neither ebay or paypal will do anything about this guy.
 
Perhaps contact the police see if anything can be done that way... or at least report Ebay to the appropriate fair traders commission or what ever... while operating in Australia they do have an obligation to protect the consumer. This decision to ignore what this guy has done leaves them open for the next person that gets ripped off to sue them under duty of care I'd imagine.
 
Dealings on the internet are very much a grey area when it comes to legal matters.
Seller is in Macau, I am in Australia, ebay site is hosted where??
An international mismatch of legal borders.
 
Ebay does have an Australian arm and they have a duty of care surely... they cannot just let someone get away with stealing... it's WRONG.

Or you could just contact A Current Affair and Today Tonight and have them run a story on how evil Ebay is LOL
 
Well it remains to see if ebay actually do something about this.
Paypal have stated that by their guidelines there is nothing they can/will do.
Apart from the auto response email from ebay stating they are looking into the matter, I have heard absolutely nothing.
If only there was a way I could contact those who bid on this card from this buyer :whistle:
 
Maybe you should bring this matter up on the ebay message boards..... see what happens there :D Makes me sick how ebay just brush aside things like this.

Time to take it to today tonight...... seriously, they love stuff like this! :D Make sure to give them all the details about how ebay do nothing, how they deleted your msg on their boards etc.. would love to see them give ebay some pressure.

Plus.... try & round up more people that have had issues on ebay similar to yours or even any other problems that they would find interesting... the more the merrier (& juicier).
 
For anyone who didn't see this thread, block this clown ksskuan from bidding on your ebay auctions as he has a new trick of claiming he has not received the cards and does a charge back through paypal.
