Need help fast!!

Can't Neg, original sale was back in July.
Will try a paypal dispute and have reported this item through ebay.
This really gets me madder than hell :mad::mad::mad:
 
Here is the email I just sent to paypal.

"I paid for and never received the item pertaining to this transactin.
And it is plain to see why.
The exact same seller has relisted the exact same card.
Here are all the pertinent details.

Original listing for which I paid.

You will notice the time frame this seller asks buyers to wait, thus negating people getting a claim in, in time.
I have sent numerous messages to this person re: original listing and he assured me everytime he sent the item.
HE DID NOT!!!
I expect action fast on this matter, I want my money back.

Very annoyed and ripped off customer.

I am not a member on too many collector forums, but anyone wishing to send out a warning, please feel free to use the ebay transaction numbers provided above and links to this rip off artist's .... account.
 
I feel for you mate ! what a piece of scum that seller is and manipulating the system to rip off others is a LOW act :mad: I would be furious !!! for anyone that missed it, the sellers ebay username is "ksskuan"
Surely ebay will have a way of fixing this problem and get you a full refund and maybe a chance to leave some feedback that is deserving in this situation
 
Guessing you didn't take the registered option... but yeah I would be contacting both ebay and Paypal and providing them with as much ammo as possible because if he flat out said that he sent it and you never got to open a claim, and now he's selling the exact same card he deserves to burn
 
what an absolute tool. An absolute Moronic tool for that matter, seriously if the powers that be don't do something about this they truly are pathetic... and given it is ebay and paypal would not surprise me one iota if they let him get away with it.
 
Well paypal did absolutely nothing!!! Outside of the 45 days and thats that.
Still waiting on a response from ebay.
Tried sending a message through ebay to this dickhead and it blocked me.
So guess its all out of my hands now....I am mad as can be.
 
Scum bucket of the highest order... I reckon if you purchase a card from OS, if it has not arrived within 14 days tell the guy you are starting a dispute, even if he says it will take 4 weeks to arrive, just to cover your self... i had a guy tell me that a box of cards from Canada was going to take 10 weeks to arrive, kept right away from him...
