2004 SELECT FUTURE FORCE REDEMPTION CARD Bryce Gibbs

Just bought htis off ebay. Anyone know how many were produced?? What its worth?? Thanks


SELECT 2004 NRL FUTURE FORCE REDEMPTION CARD for

BRYCE GIBBS - West Tigers

Card is in mint condition

From memory there was 16 of these one for each. then there were 650 produced of each. worth max $40 i would say maybe more because he is still playing first grade. if you choose to redeem it you will get it back hole punched with a card of bryce gibbs formatted like the campese + others below. also i don't know how far back you can redeem select cards that my be a thing you have to look into or someone else has more info on then me.

The Bryce Gibbs redemption card was the only one produced in 2004 because he was late signing or didn't sign all cards at the time. The redemption card is very RARE because most of them have been redeemed & you don't get the redemption card back with a hole in it - it is kept by Select because they destroy them The original redemption would be worth more than the redeemed card in my opinion ( due to most of them being destroyed) Select will redeem it anytime as long as they are in business as with all their redemption cards.

Ok thanks very much for the replies. When I was talking about the value I meant the value of the redemtion card, not the Future Force card. And I wonder how many are left out therr?

Well done mate I was bidding against you. I have the signed Gibbs card but though this might go along nicely with it. I collect Tigers from 1988 onwards I might call select and ask if when redeemed you get the two cards back. If you ever want to sell it let me know. Thanks. Chris

thanks mate sorry to hear! yea get back to me on what select say, i also have a msiprint bryce gibbs from that year the future force card has no gold select or future force circle up top, no gold signature word underneath and his names in black, quite unique!!

Ok thanks very much for the replies. When I was talking about the value I meant the value of the redemtion card, not the Future Force card. And I wonder how many are left out therr?

I know of 8 only unredeemed { so very RARE}

The card is not worth any more than the redeemed one as this particular card was in packets due to the delay in Bryce Gibbs getting them back to select ....

He returned his signed cards after the boxes were released .....The information on the card tells the reason for this being in the packets ....

we know that. But is would be worth more than the redeemed card because nearly everyone would have redeemed them so there would only be a very small amount of them left. Therefore making it a unique card

I guess it is only worth as much as someone will pay for it ...All the real full on collectors would have allready put it away if thats the case so maybe there is more unredeemed than you think ....

yea i guess- i guess the same goes for unredeemed predictors, they have increased in value. As you say its how much someone is willing to pay. I wonder if he was late to send only some in or the whole 650

How could this card not be worth more than the redeemed card u will never see it again shows you how rare it is !!!, and also no signature cards in that release year 2004 were with redemption's this is the only redemption to be released due to his late signing's,
Of cause it's rare and worth more , because if you do redemmed it u wont get it back !!!

Its only worth what someone will pay for it, And the $38 you paid looks like all its worth.

I agree.. The redemption is only worth what a collector is willing to pay for it.. And it depends on HOW MUCH a collector really wants it.. And FINDING the collector that is WILLING to pay BIG for it..

yea i think its a nice card to hold on to though- never know someone might want to py a bit for it- i definately think its worth more than the redeemed card is though

Jack I called Select and they said that if you send in your redempton card you won't get it back, just the auto . Hope this helps and if you decide to sell the card in the future let me know . Chris
