I can see your frustration with the fast turnaround between each UFC series, but I think the only reason they're doing that is due to the high demand for the product!

Round 1 got scarce really quickly ($600 box now!) & Round 2 is starting to dry up (Sold out on ufcstore.com).
I think if they waited another 6 months before Main Event was released, it would have been better for the market (let alone Series 4).

On the flipside I think each series is getting notably better in terms of the quality of cards (see Main Event compared to Round 1), and Series 4 is looking pretty awesome imo...

I kinda disagree ive listed some Ufc series 2 stuff on ebay lately most of it did not sell the rest very cheap and the stuff hardly even had any views on the page. They have released series way to close together. My beef with the cards is i like to have a little spiel about the player/fighter on the back and most of the ufc releases dont the round 1 mat relics did. I sold 5 mat relics and got $10 that is 2.5 cases worth of hits at $100-$250 a box and a dismal $10 return most of the sh*t fighter autos you are lucky to get $10 for even the likes of guida, bader u will get less than $20. It is pointless when it holds no value. Im of the thinking now that you may as well just collect a few you like sets are to hard to complete just look at the series 2 mat relics 2 cards virtually impossible to get.

I have been turned off by how difficult it is to put together a full set of relics (any set from any release).
I am a few relics short of all of the sets, mainly because a couple from each are super expensive
