Allllmighty GREEN-ness, some Killer Kobe MOJO, & a couple other nice pickups

hi guys

havent done a mailday in yonks now. been so busy though its not funny . so without further ado, heres the nicer cards that ive been fortunate enough to buy/trade for. and the last Kobe from the new Crown Royale was pulled a couple days ago in a group case-bust with the great folk at CherryCollectables. you get randomised a spot in a 2-round Team selection draw, and U pick 1 team for each round. From the Round 1 draw, i was really lucky to get "Selection 1", and immeditly i picked the LA Lakers . my 2nd "team selection" landed me 2nd last, & so went with the Bobcats (was outta BobCats or Wizards). then ALL cards that are busted in the 2 teams u choose, U keep . got a few really sweet Kobe Jerseys. nice RC AU, Kobe inserts, a nast Gasol Patch, etc. Pics below anyways.

Ok mailday. first up, some PMG Greens! instead of putting each one up indivdually, I just cut & paste smaller scale ones to make the 1 pic. Being there are 100 cards in each set (Red and Green), the set chase status as of this moment and cards in-hand is 50/100 on the GREEN which are #ed/10, and 80/100 on the RED #ed/40 parallels. really happy.

cheers brother . the Ultimate Six patch cards are insane i know . they are extremly THICK aswell. like 180pt thickness. I think they are even bigger (or nearly the same) as the 07-08 SWEET SPOT Autos. freaked out when i saw how thick they are . understandable too though. thnx branko, take it easy champ

thnx heaps G, appreciated heaps mate . and yeh man i am hanging to get me on of the Green PMG jordans. i am not in too big a hurry for one bro. Even if it takes me 3 years+ to complete the set, im not fussed dude . maybe they will go down a bit by then too . that GREEN MJ that was on ebay that u questioned if i was the person who got it (since the seller ended the auction early), nah mate i didnt get it. AND i think the seller has agreed with a buyer at a price of $2,500usd. Cos he ended the listing and then today re-listed it with starting bid of $2,4999usd. So i think the bloke who has agreed to buy it is gonna place 1 bid on it, then i think the seller is gonna end the listing and "award it to the person who is currently the highest bidder" (which will be $2.5K). I would rather put my money together and concentrate on getting the ORIGINAL PMG GREEN MJ from 97-98. our Aussie mate has one newly listed, heres the link:

cheers for the post mate. and yeh man the PMG's are getting expensive. honestly though, there are a select few naive people who are classing these 08-09 PMG cards to the ORIGINAL 96-97 PMG's. yeh in 12 years time, fair enough. but not NOW. and so even the reds they are boosting the prices there (avergae card was selling for $8usd mark, now is selling for $25usd). what i hate the most is when i get told "look i have an offer of $XX amount from another intersted buyer, so unless U beat that I really wont be able to do much else." yet 2 weeks pass and the seller still has the card . ive been hearing nearly every tactic in the book when im being offered PMG's to buy . kidding on that last sentence, but it is happening and im sure u know what i mean . cheers mate

thnx for the post back nick . if i was to concentrate on the PMG MJ, i would probably delv into my life savings to pay for it. just so i dont have to give up any of my current MJ autos or highenders. But anyway besides that nick, i just found out by Graeme (hairyAF) that the sellers already had offers of like $17,000usd and similar!!! so there goes my plan of putting up $8,000usd as my bid. so as quick as the idea of bidding on the card came up, is as quick as it was knocked down . mate u wouldve thought $8K for an insert from 97 #ed/10 would be unvbeliveable. try DOUBLE that AND THEN SOME more like it. dayyyyyng.
