Photo editing softwate - Freeware

anybody know of any good free Photo Editing Software?

not looking to do any thing fancy just want to collage some photos together etc.

I was using PhotoScape the other day just to collage some pics together for a sig, not sure how detailed you want it but check it out

yeah got an older version of photoshop on my old beast of a PC. this is my laptop...

PC takes too long to load up..
