The worst card shop!!!!

i ordered toploaders from highcourt cards penrith today!! picked them up, went home, check online banking to see how much they charged on my credit card and they charged me $25 for 2pack! 2packs!! what a joke!! and not only that, the b*tch that owns the place was too busy having a feed and a chat at the front counter with her friend to even serve me!! i stood there like an idiot, because i didnt want to interupt there conversion! :mad::mad::mad::mad: no refunds! :mad:​
 
lol, sorry i shouldn't laugh but maybe you should buy off one of the many dealers that are members on this site, like me. you may not meet me in real life (unless you come to one of the Sydney cardshows every 2-3 months), but i can offer pretty competitive prices on supplies like that, and you won't be seeing me chewing food with my mouth open. my website is DGCollectables.com.au - Your one stop shop for ALL things collectable!

i told ya its **** now that fat emo ***** bought the old guy out. the old was great when he owned but he got sick so i boycott them now. i was glad about 3 weeks ago they got broken into someone stole all there twilight stock, you might think its mean but i was glad she deserved it.

mate i swear that card show next week or so im going to stock up from your stall!! can you save me 4packs of topleaders! no make that 6 and a few screw down cases! and 2packs of team bags! and if you can get those storage boxes i will buy like 6 - 8 off you! whats one touch card case? and if you can get those ultra pro frames i will get a few of those off you! too ohhh and i will buy those stand too if you have them!​

Hello, i only do Sydney's ONLY Trading Card Show which happens every 2-3 months. The next one is in July at Leichhardt Town Hall. Thanks.

OK, I am not defending the shop as to their worht as a card shop but.......

My question is - How did you not know how much she was going to charge you before you bought the stuff?

If you know and still bought then I think it is your fault. If you did not know, then aren't your the ID10T? Or do you buy things without knowing the price before you buy it?

I do not believe you would give them your credit card number to charge what ever they wanted. That is just plain stupid IMO.

Sorry for being so blunt but this is just obvious stuff that you learn when you are a kid.

you will find gary with a dg collectables t shirt on and a massive table full of nba boxes and ultr pro stuff, i met gary at the parramatta show a few months back
 
I remember the days when High Court Cards were across the road in that small mall.........and there was another card shop in High Street. I bought a 1987 Fleer pack from them and pulled a Jordan RC and a Olajuwon RC from the same pack :D

Ahh the good old days on NBA collecting!
 
^Yeah it was the best when it was across the road from where it is now.

A pack of top loaders there costs $11.99. And i wouldn't call them a Card shop. They haven't been a card shop since the 90's.

yeah it was kinda my fault, i just called them up asked if they had them and told them to order it and gave them my credit card number but i didnt expect it to be $25!!​

Have to agree with Ersk. You really should have asked how much. You were either being very careless or far too trusting!

True, but make sure you take the proper precautions next time!

Lucky it wasn't something a bit more expensive, or it could've been something ridiculous! And you most likely wouldn't have had a say if you wanted a return either..
