lol there was a baby who was smoking about a year ago.

The parents were working so they left the baby with the grandparents. The grand father use to get annoyed when the baby cried so he would give it his pipe to smoke and shut up.

However the worst is crack babies that are born. Docotrs have to give them crack and slowly take them of it till they get use to being without it.

there was a case here in the states where a 14 year old made his 3 year old brother smoke marijuana everyday. its sad
