I am looking at getting some one touches for my cards and I haven't got any before, so I am wondering do you put the card in a sleeve then in the case? Just in the Magnetic holder? or in a sleeve then toploader and the into the one touch? Sorry if I sound like an idiot but I am only new to magnetc cases! Thanks in advance. Cheers, cowboys4lyf.

Thicker cards, definately no penny sleeve.
Normal base size cards I always use a penny sleeve then magnetic holder on top.

whats the point of the magnetic holders if you also put the card in a sleeve?

Looks like crap and it's messy.

For AFL and NRL 20pt is all you need, and I always put them in with no sleeve at all and they look fantastic. It is impossible for the corners to get damaged as there are grooves etc that the card fits in.

Thanks for the answers guys. Also what size would I need for an NRL 2005 Playmakers card (The one you get when you redeem predictor card)? Thanks in advance.

I use a sleeve for my herald sun signature cards so they dont move around as they are a much smaller card.

Otherwise 35pt for my afl no sleeve.

For mine, some of the cards move a little in the holders (not a perfect fit as you would expect), but as the corners are cut out, even if it move a little, the corners will not get damaged.

Not sure how small those herald sun cards are.

I think you are probably more at risk of damaging your cards (in my case anyway) from trying to shove the card in a penny sleeve into the holders. You'd be trying to shove the plastic on the sleeves into the corners to fit the card in.

It looks much nicer without the penny sleeve in with it anyway.

Yeh i understand about the little bit of movement as i dont use the sleeves on standard cards.

Here's a pic of the cards im talking about...
